STW's Summer Theatre Camp Opens June 30

Registration is now underway for a Summer Theatre Camp at Stamford Theatre Works.

STW's Summer Theatre Camp will begin June 30 for children ages 8 to 12. The camp offers two sessions, two weeks each, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  The first session runs June 30 through July 11; a second session runs July 14 through July 26.  Different material will be covered in each session, and children may enroll in one or both. 

The Camp program includes acting, singing, speech and movement, culminating in an original musical play to which family and friends are invited.

All classes are taught by accredited professionals at STW's theatre located at 200 Strawberry Hill Ave., Stamford (on the campus of Sacred Heart Academy).  Most classes take place on the STW stage.
